The service at this ski lodge was excellent, and its location near the ski slope is very convenient, almost like a ski-in ski-out. However, the gondola wasn’t working during my stay, so I had to use a shuttle, which was a bit inconvenient. The lodge has a slightly outdated feel, and the shower had low water pressure and some blockage issues. On a positive note, the food was outstanding, making the stay enjoyable despite minor setbacks.

There was a room reservation problem. Although I booked 2 separate rooms, only one room was booked. The problem was solved and then the room type I selected was not set up. The service was not good, it was just clean.

This hotel did not cancel my reservation and did not refund the fee even though we told them we could not go. Trip.com could not help me regarding the issue and for me the hotel and trip.com are null and void.
